We are seeking a Sales Manager to join us and contribute to the growth of our Food Safety business in Indonesia.

Key duties include:

  • Achieve 100% quarterly and annual sales target.
  • Responsible for pro-actively driving Neogen Food Safety sales strategy/promo to targeted prospects within the Food & Beverage market segment within assigned territory/country, and expanding customer base.
  • Develop and maintain good communication and collaboration with distributor including distributor’s sales reps,
  • Builds and executes on a plan to grow the business
  • Develop and update the sales forecast and pipeline in Salesforce on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise and work with other departments (e.g. Finance, Operations, CS) to achieve desired business results
  • Provide sales report monthly with account updates, sales forecasts, etc.
  • Work as a team member on sales efforts involving global account opportunities.

Skills and requirements include:

  • More than 7 years working Sales experience in Food and Beverage industries, with good tracks records, preferably in sales/marketing from Multinational Companies.
  • Minimum University degree from reputable university, preferably from Food Technology, Biology, Microbiology, or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Able to handle a mix of new business activities including prospecting with long term account planning and management of a small number of key accounts
  • Comfortable and confident dealing at senior management level, selling business value
  • Fast learner and self-starter comfortable in a new and non-structured environment
  • Proficient at establishing and cultivating "C" level consultative relationships and business process improvement.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial/supervisory role in sales or marketing function is preferred
  • Have strategic thinking and creativity
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill with mature manner
  • Be able to work independently as well as good team player
  • Have winning & result oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent in MS Office : Power Point, Excel
