Key Responsibilities

• Be the strategic financial partner to our CFO and senior leadership, delivering insights that fuel growth and profitability.
• Lead market-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure we stay ahead of industry trends.
• Optimize revenue and margins by analyzing client profitability, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies.
• Enhance financial reporting with best-in-class forecasting models, identifying and solving business-critical issues before they arise.
• Partner with key business leaders to strengthen financial performance by providing deep analysis and insights, ensuring strategic goals translate into bold, data-driven decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and collaboration.

A bit about you

• At least 10 years of experience in commercial finance, with a proven track record of driving business impact. Experience in media, marketing, or agency industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a passion for turning financial data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a results-driven and innovative environment.
