Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and manage relationships with KOLs & influencers.
  • Develop influencer marketing ideation & strategy.
  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with KOLs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics.
  • Stay updated on social media and influencer marketing trends.
  • Communicating with client regarding the progress of the KOL campaign.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist or in Influencer Marketing.
  • Strong network of influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and generate insights.
  • Experience with social media monitoring tools is a plus.
