- Identify, connect, and manage relationships with KOLs & influencers.
- Develop influencer marketing ideation & strategy.
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with KOLs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics.
- Stay updated on social media and influencer marketing trends.
- Communicating with client regarding the progress of the KOL campaign.
- 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist or in Influencer Marketing.
- Strong network of influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and generate insights.
- Experience with social media monitoring tools is a plus.
