What You Will Do:

  • Identify and engage with potential qualified candidates through social media, job portals, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Contact and convert passive candidates into active job seekers by generating interest in our roles.
  • Manage and measure conversion rates of sourced candidates to interviews and hires, sharing insights on market trends.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines from various job platforms, internal databases, and career pages.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to define recruitment strategies, fulfill hiring needs, and improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs based on frequently recruited profiles.
  • Maintain relationships with past candidates to inform them about new opportunities.
  • Ensure a seamless recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, and providing feedback.
  • Work towards hiring targets and recruitment KPIs within set timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

What You Will Need:

  • Experience in hiring for IT, Product, and Operations roles.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting through various platforms (LinkedIn).
  • Strong ability to work with hiring targets and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Excellent networking skills with a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
  • Ability to analyze hiring trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
