Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Foster a positive work environment through initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide support in goal-setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

HR Technology Integration:

  • Work closely with the IT team to implement and optimize HR technology solutions.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in benefits and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, performance metrics, and other key HR indicators.
  • Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the technology industry.
  • With knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and regulations is a plus point
  • Strong understanding of HR technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives independently.
