Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development, with demonstrated expertise in managing projects and B2B sales, CSR experience is a plus!
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable plans
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques and relationship building
