Responsibilities
- Manage and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential B2B partnership opportunities. Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Proactively reach out to potential partners through cold calling, emails, and networking events. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives.
- Oversee timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals. Translate concepts into actionable strategies that align with partner and company objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms with partners. Close deals by presenting value propositions that meet both partner and internal goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (program, marketing) to ensure smooth project rollout and partnership success.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development, with demonstrated expertise in managing projects and B2B sales, CSR experience is a plus!
- Strong communication and negotiation skill.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable plans
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and relationship building
