Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all paid advertising campaigns across the specified platforms.
- Implement and optimize campaign strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on ad spend, key metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
3. Creative Review & Optimization:
- Conduct monthly reviews of ad creatives to ensure they are engaging, effective, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for creative improvements.
Qualifications
1. At least 1 year of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, CPAS, Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
5. A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
