Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Set up and standardize equipment, process part, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document results.
- Conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.
- Provide the necessary guidance and/ or supervision to trainees and Level I personnel.
- Develop work instruction from approved general procedures. Such instruction shall require final approval by a Level III.
- Document test result and create reports for customers requirement.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and managing inventory.
- Adhere to all safety rules, use and ensure that workers use the required protective equipment.
- Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

- Knowledge to process part, document results and perform equipment standardization in accordance with approved work
- Knowledge to carry out any necessary preparation of parts before or after inspection in accordance with approved work
- Knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.
- Knowledge about end to end Penetrant Inspection, Magnetic Inspection, and Etch Inspection
- Knowledge about material NDT technology & defectology
- Knowledge about NAS 410 Or ASNT SNT-TC 1A
- Knowledge about material and process for NDT technology
- Knowledge about Foreign Object Damage (FOD)
- Knowledge about measuring tools as well as calibration
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Or a combination of education, experience and/or training
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job related certifications
