Job Description

  • Create monthly plan live location and report to Business Operations Lead
  • Coordinate with client representatives or other related persons in handling feature requests
  • Collaborating with product manager and engineering team to accommodate client requests
  • Create reasonable budgeting project and purchasing plan based on proposal from Business Development Team
  • Create timeline and schedule for ongoing or new project
  • Create documentation including hardware survey, site plan, list location, and updated hardware list location to upper management and other parties
  • Generate all reports related to operational activities such as migration process and post-migration process (including Berita Acara [BA])
  • Report and solve any problem or issue and coordinate with clients regarding complaints, feature requests, and any services from all levels
  • Supervise each location/ project and ensure that there are no issues
  • Creating all reports related to live location/ project
  • Maintaining good relations with client and responding to all client group
  • Assisting with upselling activities for PARKEE Products
  • Helping internal management to follow up invoices to clients

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university in any majors
  • Having 2 - 4 years of professional experience with related field
  • Having experiences or active in any organizational activities, especially coordinate with many level of staff
  • Have a strong critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving capabilities and project management skill
  • Effective research, analytical and report writing skills
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
  • Proactive, organized, and strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop professional relationships
  • A Self starter
  • Good business analytical skills will be a great plus
  • Willingly to work from office and mobile
