Role Description
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and sales representatives.
- Monitor client accounts, following up on renewals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track sales metrics and assist in performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
