  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, development, and user experience.
  • Familiarity with B2B mental health services, HR tech, or SaaS products is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales strategy, client retention, and partnership development.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and user feedback to drive product and business improvements.
  • Experience with performance metrics, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across product, tech, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
