We are seeking an "Expression of Interest" for the Inspection Engineer position.

Job responsibilities-

  • Develop the Corrosion Control Document (CCD) and Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs) in accordance with API RP 970 and API RP 584.
  • Create corrosion circuits and Identify corrosion precursors, damage mechanisms, and process conditions affecting asset integrity.
  • Review material selection and provide justifications.
  • Review inspection reports, analyze past operational issues, and recommend corrosion control improvements.
  • Evaluate normal, upset, design, start-up, and shutdown conditions for damage impact.
  • Establish IOWs with their parameters and define possible damage mechanisms with corrective actions if each limit level is exceeded. Develop IOW response times and action plans.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of experience in inspection and integrity fields in refinery and petrochemical industries.
  • Experience in developing and implementing CCD and IOW, with integration into RBI.
  • Must hold API 570 certification, preferably with API 510.
  • Experience with Corrosion Control Document and Integrity Operating Window programs that fully comply with API RP 970 for CCD development and API RP 584 for IOW definition, while aligning with API RP 571 and API 580/581.
