Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and research potential clients (enterprise/retail) through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
2. Client Engagement:
• Reach out to prospective clients to initiate conversations and establish relationships.
• Conduct introductory calls, meetings, and presentations to understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to nurture relationships and address any concerns or questions.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Solution Presentation and Demonstration:
• Collaborate with Marketing Division and Customer Success to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Articulate the value proposition of the company's products and services and how to address client pain points.
4. Proposal Development, Negotiation and Closing:
• Work with the sales team to develop customized proposals and quotes for enterprise/retail clients.
• Ensure proposals align with client requirements and address their specific needs.
• assist in negotiating contract terms and pricing with enterprise/retail clients.
• Work towards closing deals and securing new business for the organization.
5. Sales Administration:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in enterprise or B2B sales (min. 1/2 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Result driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, google ecosystem.
