Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end teacher onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Facilitate airport pickups for newly arriving teachers, assisting them with initial settlement.
  • Assist with visa, work permit, and stay permit (KITAS) processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Act as a liaison for expatriate teachers, supporting their transition and addressing administrative needs.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with teachers, internal teams, and external agencies.
  • Ensure all necessary HR documents and requirements are completed on time.
  • Support other HR operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly mobile and willing to travel for airport pickups and other HR-related tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of visa and stay permit (KITAS) procedures.
  • Previous experience handling expatriate employees is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
