A. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and secure partnerships with new golf courses, stores, equipment brands, and related service providers.
  • Build strong relationships with existing partners to maximize collaboration and revenue opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to ensure mutual growth

Marketplace Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Swing’s marketplace, ensuring smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize marketplace listings, pricing strategies, and product offerings to drive growth.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and identify areas for improvement.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Swing’s marketplace and increase bookings.
  • Coordinate with partners to co-create marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email, in-app notifications) to boost user engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, marketplace performance, and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports to management on growth metrics and campaign effectiveness.

B. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or marketplace operations (preferably in tech or e-commerce).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Passion for golf or experience in the sports/recreational industry is a plus.
