We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage and grow our marketplace operations within the app. This role requires a combination of strategic business development skills, strong marketing acumen, and the ability to optimize app-based marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new partners, managing existing relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to boost engagement and bookings.
A. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and secure partnerships with new golf courses, stores, equipment brands, and related service providers.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners to maximize collaboration and revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to ensure mutual growth
Marketplace Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Swing’s marketplace, ensuring smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
- Optimize marketplace listings, pricing strategies, and product offerings to drive growth.
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Swing’s marketplace and increase bookings.
- Coordinate with partners to co-create marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.
- Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email, in-app notifications) to boost user engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, marketplace performance, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data to generate insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports to management on growth metrics and campaign effectiveness.
B. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or marketplace operations (preferably in tech or e-commerce).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
- Passion for golf or experience in the sports/recreational industry is a plus.
