Key Responsibilities :
- Search for potential KOLs by the program's criteria on different platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
- Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
- Maintain communication and relationship with community to execute the campaign.
- Boost campaign through various community activation
- Involve in the creation of influencer campaign in acquiring & maintaining KOL/influencers.
- Maintain, Manage & schedule all Influencer/Talents coordinating across internal teams
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Improve program quality and ensure KOLs hit their targets in each activity.
- Provide accurate timing estimates on work.
- Track, care, evaluate, and make reports of the performance of KOLs.
Key Requirements :
- Have at least 3 year of relevant work experience managing KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
- Have experiences and a great understanding about managing KOL/Talent/Artist/Community
- Have experiences in handling multiple campaign projects
- Have a good networking with KOL/Influencers/Buzzer/Communities.
- Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and display robust time management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and administration skills
- Attention to detail
- Will be joining us ASAP with full WFO (TB. Simatupang, South Jakarta)
