Sales Specialist (Interventional Cardiology)
Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational medical device company specializing in Interventional Cardiology. As part of its expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in medical device sales, particularly in Interventional Cardiology. The position is based in Yogyakarta or Central Java.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market penetration for Interventional Cardiology products in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), cardiologists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize product adoption.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for medical professionals and hospital staff.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in Interventional Cardiology.
- Proven experience in working with hospitals, distributors, and KOLs to drive sales growth.
- Strong understanding of the medical device sales process, including tender processes and hospital procurement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Willing to be based in Yogyakarta or Central Java.
