Job description
- Identify and acquire new clients to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote products
- Collaborate with partners to create and manage events that drive engagement and sales
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and client needs to improve service (product) offerings
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of sales and partnership activities
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize customer experience and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in event planning or partnership management is an advantage
- Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team to meet targets
- Willingness to travel and attend events as needed. Build and maintain good relationships with partners
