We are seeking an "Expression of interest" for the Senior Corrosion Engineer position.

Job Description:
- Develop the Corrosion Control Document (CCD) and Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs) in accordance with API RP 970 and API RP 584 for static pressure equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, and process piping.
- Create corrosion circuits and Identify corrosion precursors, damage mechanisms, and process conditions affecting asset integrity.
- Review material selection and provide justifications.
- Review inspection reports, analyze past operational issues, and recommend corrosion control improvements.
- Recommend corrosion monitoring techniques.
- Evaluate normal, upset, design, start-up, and shutdown conditions for damage impact.
- Establish IOWs with their parameters and define possible damage mechanisms with corrective actions if each limit level is exceeded. Develop IOW response times and action plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience in RBI studies and the corrosion field in refinery and petrochemical industries.
- Must hold API 571 certification, preferably with API 580 and NACE/AMPP Senior Corrosion Technologist or Corrosion Technologist certifications.
- Must have experience working in an Olefin Plant, with a minimum of three instances of creating Corrosion Control Documents and Integrity Operating Windows, integrated into the RBI program.
