Financial and Office Manager

Responsibilities
1. Administration, Bookkeeping
- Supervise and maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Update and maintain the general ledger
- Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
- Recording of debits and credits - short loan
- Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
- Completing the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting requirements, such as financial statements for tax reporting purposes
2. Monthly tax reporting
- Supervise and support the correct monthly tax reporting
3. Company finance-related tasks
- Prepare and check Invoicing to clients and follow up with customer payments
- Update and prepare up to six months of projections of cash flow for the management every two weeks. This includes, checking monthly expenses and updating them, incoming contract payments etc.
- Support proposal development by checking the calculations of budgets and support travel/per diem estimations of the team etc.
4. General Office Support
- Ensure the office is kept in a good state
- Ensure that all stationery and office consumables are purchased and that we keep a 3-month procurement list (e.g. electricity, payment of gardener etc.)
- Other tasks that might come up and requested by the Company
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Tax reporting
- Academic background in Accounting, Finance, and/or other relevant majors
- Good knowledge of Xero
- Able to communicate and write in English
- Proven ability of communication with teams and clients.
- Tax certificate is a plus.
Remuneration will be between IDR 5 - 9 million, depending on your qualifications and work experience.
