- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking events, and other creative methods to identify high-caliber technical candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements, provide market intelligence, and recommend effective hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to enhance the company’s employer brand in the APAC region, including participation in job fairs, tech meetups, and other events.
- Provide regular updates on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
- Drive initiatives to ensure diverse hiring practices and build an inclusive talent pipeline.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
