  • Fully understand of insurance product and business flow in WE+ platform (application Android/iOS, website)
  • Serve customers by providing product information and resolving problems through phone calls, emails and WhatsApp for business.
  • Input softcopy policy in WE+ Dashboard
  • Take calls from customers that have been involved in accident, vehicle breakdown, or customers who need assistance with their vehicles and mobilizing help for such clients.
  • Handle any complaints associated with claim include connect to Insurance Company to process new claims notification and collect accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim.
  • Providing customers with detailed information about policies, products and complete claim forms.
  • Input quotation slip, offering letter for sales team after verified by technical supportexpert
  • Remainder insured about their renewal/installment
  • Filling all documents sales team’s communication and customers.
  • Record all conversations with customers with details of inquiries or complaints and action steps that were taken.
