Lead the implementation of transformation initiatives. Project manage and drive the execution of strategic / group transformation initiatives. Act as subject matter expert on one area under TSO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively lead the coordination and management of projects (Key Strategic Initiatives & Group Transformation Program)
  • Partner with the business and senior managements to identify and execute relevant transformation initiatives that can game change the business
  • Partner with the IOs of respective initiatives to support and drive the implementation of transformation initiatives (remove roadblocks, coordinate, execute)
  • Provide advisory/SME that are solution driven
  • Coordinate and manage teams including mentoring and overseeing day-today activities.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring transparency
  • Develop a detailed project plan & monitor project deliverables (on-time, within scope and within budget)
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify project risk and escalate when necessary
  • Prepare periodical transformation to ensure TSO, BMC and all other relevant stakeholders are kept up to date
  • Partner with the IOs of respective initiatives to support and drive the implementation of transformation initiatives (remove roadblocks, coordinate, execute)
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and issues
  • Ensure all necessary approvals required in the execution of transformation initiatives are obtained and that all internal governance and risk processes are adhered to.
  • Perform project administrative tasks (i.e. track status/timelines and deliverables for all initiatives, submit change requests as and when required, keep track of action items and follow up accordingly, ensure Team Members / IOs names and roles are updated and maintained accurately, track and monitor the transformation scorecard, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of transformation projects)
  • Liaison with finance and central TSO in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of transformation projects
  • Other duties as directed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Preferable to have some experience / certification on : Project Management Skill / Process Improvement skill : Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Design Thinking, Agile
  • Min of 5-8 years of experience leading projects, or relevent business experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management especially with senior management.
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Willing to be placed in Blok M - Menara Sentraya
