Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for selling DataOn solutions and services to new clients. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate our software, and ensure they get the most value from our services. This role involves meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, and providing ongoing support to ensure clients are satisfied.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for DataOn solution and services;
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their goals;
- Negotiate terms and close deals successfully;
- Maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and satisfaction;
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and share sales updates with management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field;
- Persistent, results-driven, with a strong sales hunter mindset;
- Experience 2-3 years in sales, preferably in payroll, HR, or financial services;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and time management skills;
- Familiarity with payroll products, software, and services;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
