Finance & Accounting Manager

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Manage cash flow, budgets, financial analysis, investments, and banking relationships.
- Accounting Oversight: Supervise accounting processes, ensure financial reporting accuracy, manage audits, and maintain internal controls.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure tax compliance, legal adherence, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance & accounting team for optimal performance.
- Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights, assess risks, and support business growth strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
2. Minimum 5 years work experience, at least 2 years at management role.
3. Prior experience from Big Four public accountant firm and business analyst is preferred.
4. In-depth understanding of PSAK & IFRS compliance both in reporting & execution.
5. Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other financial software and tools for reporting and analysis purpose.
6. Experience working within a general ledger system (Oracle Netsuite is a plus) and full cycle of the closing process.
7. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
8. Process and deadline driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
9. Experience in handling complex cash flow management Meticulous, highly organized and good analytical skills.
10. Have the experience in planning and analyzing the company's finances.
11. Ability to work independently, but also fully communicate with the supervisor, the subordinate and other internal/external stakeholders and ability to integrate with fast paced dynamic environment.
12. Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills.
