Overview

We are seeking a experienced, detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Support professional to join our team in the automotive industry. This role is critical in supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations, efficient processes, and the achievement of sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts. Provide administrative support to sales representatives and managers. Ensure accurate and timely communication between the sales team and other departments.
  2. Data Management: Maintain and update customer and sales data in the CRM system. Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Ensure data accuracy and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  3. Order Processing: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end sales order process. Track and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize sales operations workflows. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales operations. Support the resolution of customer complaints and provide necessary follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of goals. Support the execution of sales and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role in the automotive car industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree with proficiency in English
