Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry, including enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, and startups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Nurture leads through email marketing, social media, webinars, and in-person meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and regular follow-up.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
  • Work closely with the product and technical teams to stay updated on new offerings and technical capabilities.
  • Assist in pricing and proposal creation in line with the company's strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Proficient in English both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience with B2B sales in IT solutions, software, or technology products is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products and solutions (e.g., cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, networking) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
  • Ability to present ideas, products, and solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to overcome challenges and meet customer needs.
  • Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta
