About the Role:

As a Junior Software Engineer at Lampion Agrikultura Indonesia, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software solutions that support our operations, from cultivation and processing to distribution and logistics. You'll contribute to real-world projects and gaining valuable hands-on experience in a unique industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain applications that optimize our agricultural processes, supply chain, and business operations.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Work with modern technologies and frameworks (mention specific technologies if possible, e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, React, databases used, etc.). Consider mentioning technologies relevant to agriculture or supply chain management if applicable.
• Assist in testing and debugging applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Solid understanding of fundamental programming concepts and proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), version control systems (Git), and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A growth mindset and a genuine eagerness to learn new technologies and expand your skillset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in or familiarity with the agricultural industry is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with data analytics or machine learning (especially if relevant to agriculture).
