Role Description:
This is a full-time People Development Supervisor role at Happy Kiddy & HOORAY located in Banten, Indonesia. The role is design and implement strategies that enhance the skills, performance, and career growth of employees within an organization. This role focuses on creating programs and initiatives that foster employee development, ensure effective talent management, and build a strong, capable workforce.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development roles. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance management practices.
- Have skills for coaching & mentoring
- Have People Management Skills
- Have skill of data analysis and evaluation
- Placement at BSD, Tangerang, Banten (WFO) and willing to mobile.
