Personal Assistant to the CEO
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
As the CEO’s trusted partner, you will oversee scheduling, communications, and operational tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day execution. This position demands proactive thinking, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Calendar Management – Organize and optimize the CEO’s schedule across multiple time zones.
• Communication – Draft, refine, and manage correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritization – Filter and manage requests to ensure the CEO’s focus remains on key business objectives.
• Travel & Logistics – Oversee planning for business and personal travel, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution.
• Confidential Support – Handle sensitive business matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Project Coordination – Track initiatives and deadlines, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects.
• Brand & Image Management – Maintain consistency in external engagements, ensuring alignment with professional objectives.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-level business environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Excellent discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
• Refined communication skills—clear, articulate, and professional in all interactions.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as French or Korean are a plus).
• Adaptability and flexibility—willing to travel occasionally and adjust to changing schedules.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented—proficient in scheduling systems, digital tools, and operational management.
