Role Description

  • Finding potential leads for new clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Promoting and marketing services to potential clients that will lead to sales revenue
  • Conducting presentation and tender to potential clients
  • Achieving sales targets and other KPIs
  • Drafting contracts with clients
  • Providing customer service and after-sales service to assigned clients
  • Reviewing, organizing, and monitoring payments to clients
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintaining smooth communication with the internal operations team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in the sales and marketing field
  • Lead Generation and Account Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building abilities
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  • Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus
  • Experienced in handling revenue and profit calculation for sales
