Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on various software applications and IT best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
