CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records (accounts payable, receivable, and GL)
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, budgets, and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Input accurate data into accounting software.
- Collaborate with project managers and departments for operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in XERO and spreadsheets.
- Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and team player.
- CPA/Brevet certification is a plus.
- English proficiency.
