CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records (accounts payable, receivable, and GL)
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Manage cash flow, budgets, and tax filings.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Input accurate data into accounting software.
  • Collaborate with project managers and departments for operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in XERO and spreadsheets.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and team player.
  • CPA/Brevet certification is a plus.
  • English proficiency.
