Senior Sales HoReCa Category – Food Service Company
Responsibilities
The HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) Sales is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the food service industry. This role involves promoting and selling the company’s food products, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include client relationship management, sales and business development, product promotion and support, order and contract management, collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HoReCa or food services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of food products, menu planning, and the operational needs of the HoReCa industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Relevant certifications in sales or hospitality are an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with chefs, F&B managers, and purchasing departments is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with supply chain and distribution processes in the food service sector.
