Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations related to local tax matters, including the determination of tax liabilities and analysis of applicable tax laws
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate developments related to local tax legislation and legal obligations, including changes in tax practices, policies, procedures, or changes in business operations which may require action to be initiated
  • Review quarterly and year-end consolidated tax provisions according to government regulations
  • Audit requirements from local tax authorities, ensuring the application of uniform and consistent quality standards across the legal entities under responsibility
  • Comply with Company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility
  • Liaise with tax authorities and government agencies to secure favorable position and settle disputes
  • Handling e-SPT reporting Monthly and Annualy

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree all major (preferably management/ accounting)
  • Having experience minimal 2 years in the same position
  • Have understanding & knowledge of monitoring, administration of all payroll process transactions (attendance, overtime, components, increases, BPJS)- Mastering monthly payroll / attendance reports
  • Mastering system payroll calculations (HRIS), manual (excel)
  • Have good communication and good personality
  • Willing to work on Saturday and public holidays
  • Update & Understanding with indonesian tax regulation
  • Understanding and familiar calculating employee tax article 21
  • Understanding for monthly & yearly income tax art 21 report
  • Familiar with e-spt, e-bupot, e-filling, DJP online.
