Job Description

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with the client’s goals and company standards.

Oversee day-to-day project activities at the client's site, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the company, ensuring clear and continuous communication regarding project progress, risks, and any changes in scope.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client’s office to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal and client-side teams, to ensure project objectives are met.

Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.

Escalate critical issues to senior management and the client, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.

Ensure that all project deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards and client expectations.

Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to maintain high standards of project execution.

Prepare and deliver regular status reports to both the client and the company’s management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, decision logs, and change requests.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and lessons learned.

Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived according to company standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT field; experience in cybersecurity is highly preferred.

Educational background related to IT, such as Information Systems or other relevant majors.

Strong interest in technology, IT, and cybersecurity.

Minimum GPA of 3.5.

Fluent in English (at least conversational level).

Strong critical thinking skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Humble, yet highly driven to succeed.

Minimum commitment of 1 years with the company.

Possessing relevant certifications (e.g., ISO) is a plus.
