Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with pre-employment assessments (personality, technical, soft skills, culture fit) is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrates a professional work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws is preferred.
