Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources and Training Manager at Montigo Resorts in Nongsa. The Human Resources and Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR-related activities, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also involves designing and conducting employee training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Employee Training
- Knowledge of HR Policies and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
