Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the finance department to process payroll accurately and on time, including salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, tax-related calculations, and budget forecasting.
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS system Talenta to improve HR processes, employee data management, and reporting.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits, and address benefits-related inquiries.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as employee record-keeping, documentation, ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, tax requirements, and budget forecasting.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to reflect company values, culture, legal requirements, tax-related matters, and budget considerations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, required documentation, tax forms, and exit interviews.
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, programs, tax-related concerns, and budget-related matters, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a top or reputable university.
- Proven experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or related roles for 3-5 years.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and best practices developed over 3-5 years.
- Extensive experience using HRIS, specifically Talenta Mekari.
- Familiar with benefits administration, payroll processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
