Telemarketing Intern

Responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone call or text message to educate and persuade potential student to enroll in Unika Atma Jaya

Responsibilities

• Delivering scripted talks that describe Unika Atma Jaya's services and enrollment process to persuade potential customers
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
• Giving guidance to the customers about admission process of new students via online consultation, call, or text
• Manage few admission process
