- Understands client's goals & expectations and be an advocate of the client's brand
- Ensure accurate briefs are provided to members of the team, including timelines, and drive the process through to delivery of job in conjunction with senior account handlers
- Builds strong relationships with clients that position Magnus as a trusted partner
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders proactively updated at all times
- Ensure client response rates are maintained at a professional and appropriate level at all key milestones within the project
- Support clients in understanding the steps involved in digital projects, providing explanations where required
- Liaise with production and digital for accurate estimates and ensure work progresses on track
- Reconcile projects regularly to flag where activity has gone beyond the scope
- Build familiarity with the range of digital projects, adapting budgets and timelines according to the varying processes involved
- Supports account upsell and value-add projects for clients
Requirements:
- 4+ Years of Digital Media Experience (Brand, Agency, Publisher or Platform)
- Strong grasp of Paid Media, Social Media, and Technology
- Able to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including Account Management, Operations, Creative and Technology teams
- Experience in managing teams, projects, and in working cross-functionally
- Able to think and operate with strategic orientation in addition to task/project management
- Advanced skills in Excel, Proficient in PowerPoint
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet critical deadlines
- Willingness to dive into a complex project or business and tackle challenges as they arise.
