Our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to handle the Neat product, one of the leading brands in video conferencing solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for product strategy, business development, and achieving sales targets set by the principal.

Location: Sunter, North Jakarta

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the technology or AV (Audio-Visual) industry.
  • Experienced in sales and business development, particularly in selling technology products or UC (Unified Communication) solutions.
  • Previous experience working in a technology, IT, or AV distributor company, with an understanding of distribution business flows and relationships with principals.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling various challenges in product management and sales targets.
  • Able to carry numbers from the principal, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
  • Strong skills in market analysis, product strategy planning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Neat product strategy in the Indonesian market.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

• Maintain good relationships with the principal (Neat) and ensure compliance with their policies.

• Provide product training to internal teams and business partners.

• Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights to enhance product competitiveness.

• Ensure the achievement of sales numbers set by the principal and the company.
