ParagonCorp is looking for Business Process Improvement for Supply Chain and Marketing Divisions to support the transformation and business process. Here are the following job details;
Job Description:
- Lead process transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain & Manufacturing and Marketing divisions.
- Assess and redesign supply chain workflows, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics. (Supply Chain Division)
- Assess business processes and redesign workflows, including event management, consumer promo, media and advertisement planning, and procurement process (Marketing Division)
- Identify automation opportunities and work with IT teams to implement ERP-driven
efficiencies.
- Led the ERP migration efforts for supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems.
- Review organization and process relevant to the production house (Marketing Division)
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure process efficiency and improvement effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations.
- 5-8 years of experience in process transformation/internal audit, supply chain, manufacturing operations, and marketing field
- Strong knowledge of supply chain & manufacturing and marketing processes and lean methodologies (Supply Chain Division)
- Strong knowledge of marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (Marketing Division)
- Experience in ERP system implementation and migration (SAP preferred)
- Expertise in process automation, data-driven decision-making, and supply chain or marketing analytics.
