Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Human Resources Generalist at SATU Dental. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, employment contracts, and employee administration.
- Calculate and process payroll while ensuring tax and BPJS compliance.
- Oversee incentives, KPI bonuses, and benefits policies.
- Ensure labor law compliance and maintain HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, and labor regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and a team player.
