Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor Produksi at Sarirasa Group located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Supervisor Produksi will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating with production staff, and optimizing production processes for efficiency.
Job Description:
- Monitoring daily production targets and work in process
- Responsible for all production processes and result
- Controlling and analyzing material stock and requirements for the production process
- Coordinating with other departments for material requirement
- Coordinating with PPIC for the preparation of plans and production schedules
- Preparing schedules for crew and conducting daily briefing
- Making a weekly and monthly report.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Food Technology / Food Production, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience a minimum of 3 years in the production process, preferably in F&B retail or FMCG.
- Proficient in production flow processes
- Capable of managing a team of at least 10 people.
- Quick adaptation and practical problem-solving skills.
- Strong sensory/organoleptic evaluation skills.
- Good knowledge of food production machines is an advantage
- Good knowledge of production management, HACCP, and food safety
- Strong analytical, detailed, good follow up.
- Food Handler Certification.
- Competency Certification.
- Food Safety Ceritification.
- HACCP certification is a plus.
- Ready to work 6 days (West Jakarta) and join ASAP.
