What You’ll Be Doing:

Daily Job

  • Daily Briefing, Monitor, and review his/her territory achievement ( ST-SO-Activation, Cov and Active Dealers ) and promotor/SR Productivity under his/her responsibility
  • Visit 3-5 Key Dealers ( Find problem and get the solutions )
  • Manage and control allocation to all key dealers
  • Collaborate with Distributor Sales/Manager team to push ST/SO to Key Dealers
  • Execute national/local campaign to his/her territory
  • Ensure good,reliable an on time reporting on RMS by SR and Promotors
  • Market intelligent about competitor activity, hot issue about dealers, market situation.

Weekly Job

  • Weekly Review to all his/team about area performance ( ST-SO-Activation-Cov and Active Dealers, Inventory, Team productivity )
  • Report to RSH problem/issue, solution, support needed and action plan
  • Sales Forecast ( Allocation, gap to target, program execution )
  • ROI Channel Review on Xiaomi Shop, DZ, DC, PPP

Monthly Job

  • Summary and review monthly performance
  • Punishment to all unproductive team
  • Report to RSH overall monthly achievement
  • Sales Forecast, Sales Plan next month

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in retail industry or FMCG business
  • Ability to lead a regional team in terms sell in, sell thru & sell out
  • Deep Knowledge in regional such us develop area, retailers and have strategy for open market
  • Good English communication skills
  • Target Oriented with good process
  • Initiative and enthusiasm
  • Good business sense
