Overview:

Responsible for building technical relationships with prospects and/or existing customers. You will be collaborating with the AMO / Sales Team to support them with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance. Our Pre-Sales Solutions has strong customer communication skills to manage customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

  1. Working closely with the AMO / sales team on business proposals to prospects.
  2. Attending meetings with the AMO / Sales Manager and acting as a solution expert.
  3. Working closely with prospects to understand and capture business requirements.
  4. Develop solution recommendations on prospects’ business requirements.
  5. Ensuring that the product functionalities can meet the recommended solutions.
  6. Continuously keeping up with the latest product functionalities.
  7. Putting together business cases for the AMO / sales teams to support their proposals.
  8. Replying to prospects following requests for information and proposal requests.
  9. Presenting proposals to prospects alongside members of the AMO / sales team.
  10. Working together with the proposal (implementation) team to develop a detailed scope of work
  11. Any other ad-hoc assignment by the supervisor.
