Job Description:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, and chat.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the AI Omnichannel platform.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
4. Provide clear and concise explanations to customers regarding product features.
5. Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve product and service offerings.
6. Help customers to set up their account.
Job Specification:
1. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in using Omnichannel and CRM software.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Basic understanding of AI-powered tools and platforms.
6. Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
7. Working hours: 18.00 WIB - 24.00 WIB (Monday - Friday), 10.00 WIB - 16.00 WIB (Saturday)
