The Opportunity: Senior IT Support
This is an exciting growing period for TTW, and our IT team has a key part to play on this journey. As a Senior IT support specialist this role will report directly into our IT manager in the Sydney office. The role provides senior-level technical specialist skills in delivering, maintaining, and supporting end-user support functions of the company’s computer networks. The position will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide support to the IT Manager.

You will:
Monitor and Maintain IT Equipment and Networks:
- Maintenance of IT equipment and management of the IT inventory are fundamental tasks that ensure systems are functioning optimally.
- Maintaining company systems and monitoring the network for disruptions help in minimizing downtime and improving performance.
- Applying patches and upgrades, identifying improvement opportunities, maintaining software licenses, liaising with third-party IT providers, and security monitoring are all essential to ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of IT operations.
Helpdesk support & Administration
- You will be acting as the second escalation point, troubleshooting issues, logging repairs, managing and monitoring issues, escalating to the IT manager, and supporting and mentoring team members are all key components of providing effective technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery:
- Maintain disaster recovery plans for IT systems.
- Ensure regular backups are performed and tested.
About you:
This role is ideally suited to someone with good English communication skills verbally and written and:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent: Ensures a strong foundation in IT principles.
- 10+ years in a senior IT role: Demonstrates substantial experience and the capability to handle advanced responsibilities.
- Proficiency in managing various systems (Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Firewall, Citrix, Azure), experience in SOC, and Dell server and workstation management, including GPU computing like Nvidia CUDA.
- Accreditation in MS Office suite and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Desirable to have Certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization, CompTIA Security+, Fortinet Certified Professional – Firewall Administrator, and Microsoft Certified.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and customer support skills are critical for senior IT roles
