Job purpose

Product Specialist is a role which responsible for Digital Product establishment. This requires knowledge about Digital & Banking product. This role requires broad experience about Digital Banking products which can be vary depending on the unit which requires the candidate (e.g. Liabilities, Wealth, Financing, Payment, Registration, BAAS, etc), the role also require soft skill such as presentation skill, benefit & cost assessment skill, digital user experience skill, communication skill with broad knowledge of digital technology. Responsibilities

§ Responsible for defining Digital products specification which includes:

o Product Feature and Flow

o Digital screen design

o Benefit & Cost of the product

o Product benchmarking with competitors

o Customer behavior analysis

o Data Analysis

o Involve on Development Cycle (Start from inception to development to production)

o Vendor management

§ Project Lead from the Business side to address & communicate requirement and issue to related parties (if any)

§ Create below documentation to establish product requirements:

o Backlog / BRD (Business Reqirement Document)

o SR (Service Request)

§ Review and approve FSD / Prototype from IT

§ Review and approve UAT script

§ Collaborate with Internal Maybank such as: Digital, IT, Product Team, Operation, ORCO, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, CorComm, CorSec, PPVR, Finance

§ Collaborate with respective team to monitor and involve in: SIT. UAT, PPC and provide support for digital wealth products and services

§ Product delivery support, overseeing the implementation process (launching) of digital wealth products (until declared stable)

§ Problem solving support provides support to branches / customer care in investigating and providing solutions to customer complaints related to problems related to digital wealth

§ Document product and project documentations such as approvals, etc

Qualifications & Competencies Required

§ Experience as a product specialist

§ Experience in Digital User Experience

§ Experience in market, customer and data analysis

§ Experience in IT Project

§ Experience in leading project

§ Possess a working knowledge of distributed services from design and implementation to operational and scalability needs.

§ Have a desire to work with team in a fast-paced environment with strong values in sustainable development.

§ Passionate about technologies

§ Be a persistent, creative problem solver

§ Possess capability for good communication with related parties

§ Having holistic and broad perspective.
